What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race for Every Body. Participants from all around the world compete in the exact same format. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants.

What happens in a HYROX class?

WARM UP

In order to prep your body for the HYROX class, we have 10 minutes allocated for a dynamic warm up. The aim is to get your heart rate up so that the body is ready to go.

S&C

We focus on conditioning and strength to prepare you for a HYROX event - encompassing rowing, running, ski erg as well as leg and pulling strength.

 

COOL DOWN

At the end of the class we will take 5 minutes for a cool down to stretch out the muscles and return the heart rate to a normal pace.
